Music and Movement with Bobbie

Music can benefit children in many areas- language, math, concentration, memory, social skills, and brain growth. It also helps children gain increased coordination and balance.

A Joy for music = A joy for life

She teaches the kids beats and rhythm through song and dance using patterns, clapping, stomping, drums, xylophones, and more! Every Spring, the children perform on the Center for the Art stage, led by Miss Bobbie.

Yoga with Ms. Jessica

Yoga teaches children mindfulness by helping them pay attention to their feelings without judging them. Children tend to live naturally in the moment. However, they can sometimes worry about future events. Mindfulness can therefore be a great tool for relieving this anxiety.

-Focus on the breath

-Meditation and relaxation

-Visualization through adventure and story telling

-Being fully present through concentration and balance
