YOGA for kids

Yoga teaches children mindfulness by helping them pay attention to their feelings without judging them. Children tend to live naturally in the moment. However, they can sometimes worry about future events. Mindfulness can therefore be a great tool for relieving this anxiety.

-Focus on the breath

-Meditation and relaxation

-Visualization through adventure and story telling

-Being fully present through concentration and balance

-Acceptance of self and others

ART with Kids

The benefits of art for children are many and include problem solving abilities, creativity, literacy, fine and gross motor skills, connection and understanding.

ART HAS THE ROLE IN EDUCATION OF HELPING CHILDREN BECOME LIKE THEMSELVES INSTEAD OF MORE LIKE EVERYONE ELSE!
